Taking a guess here (and due to this Craigslist ad specifying that it is a V8), it's likely either a 460, 351, or 385 ci V8, possibly even a 302 or 400.

Based on the photos of this "heavy 1/2 ton" F150 Ranger pickup, it looks to have a well-kept two-tone paint job, both bumpers, a tailgate, all trim/chrome mouldings, and even hubcaps. Great looking classic truck!
