I'd say those are absolutely original miles! That interior looks to be in great shape (bucket seats aren't torn), the trim and chrome looks to be all there and straight, and you can see original interior stickers still in-place. The seller seems to have taken good care here, overall.

Though the seller notes the camper does have old water damage that will require a partial restoration.
